APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

Please upload your current CV, personal statement (addressing the main reason for your application and your planned contribution), and fill out the application form for approval by the MAC steering committee. You will receive an e-mail from the MAC admin office informing you of the status of your membership application within 7-10 days.
