MAC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The MAC Executive Committee is composed of internationally recognized leaders in hereditary thoracic aortic disease, bringing together expertise from leading academic institutions and clinical centres around the world. Collectively, the Committee provides strategic oversight, scientific leadership, and governance for the consortium.
The Committee is responsible for establishing MAC’s research priorities, guiding international collaborations, supporting data-sharing initiatives, and ensuring the consortium maintains the highest standards of scientific integrity, transparency, and collaboration. Its leadership has been instrumental in building one of the world’s most influential networks dedicated to inherited aortic disease research.
Through this shared commitment, the Executive Committee continues to drive innovation, foster multidisciplinary partnerships, and advance discoveries that are improving the diagnosis, management, and care of patients and families affected by HTAD.
